Pagan Light Horse

For my on going Baltic Crusade project I decided to reinforce the Heathens with some old Light Horse Archeres minis I had in my collection.

I painted these some 10 years ago for my Late Romas, but now they got an new wasch and a little fixing, new snow bases and are moved some 800 years forward...

Suppose they will represen generic Nomad Mercenarys, maybe of  Pechenegs descent or as the Russians called them "Svoi Pogyane" i.e. "Our own Pagans" ;)

Group shot when the pagans are all finished, not much left...

I can work on quite some if the family situation lets me... but the pagans you see finishing of in a fast pace i have been working on sins december and at the moment I fix the last bits and base them up, and i must admit that it some times help that the wife have worked out of town the last month, and as soon as the kids fall asleap I got a whole evening to paint:)

Unfortunally not much time for gaming...

    Best regards Michael
